Three checks are required before a clinic is listed. The other three appear on its profile, so you can see what a clinic has and hasn't shown us.
Required before listing
- Operating licence
Licence to operate a dental clinic, issued by the provincial Department of Health (Sở Y tế). Number matched against the registry.
- Lead dentist's practising certificate
Practising certificate (chứng chỉ hành nghề / giấy phép hành nghề) of the dentist in charge, checked by name and number.
- Address confirmed
The clinic exists at the listed address. Confirmed by visit or video walk-through.
Shown on every profile
- Sterilisation process shown
The clinic showed how instruments are cleaned and sterilised, including autoclave records.
- Written price list
Prices are published per treatment and the clinic gives itemised written quotes before work starts.
- Written warranty
Warranty terms for crowns, veneers and implants are given in writing, including what happens after you fly home.
